I want to bring up that when I tried to votekick a spawn-killer and selected the user, it said I am not allowed to vote, if anyone could tell me what's up with this and if it's bugged or if it's just supposed to be that way.

Again, sorry for the late reply. I believe the votekick plugin should make it so that any user can just type "votekick" in chat and be able to commence a votekick against another player. I think you may have experienced a bug. The plugin should be ok, but if it occurs again, do tell.
